What services do you offer?I am very flexible and can develop a tailored photography solution that aligns with your needs and budget - the best thing to do is to get in touch and tell me what you are thinking!
How much do you charge?I know it’s an annoying answer - but it depends on what you are looking for. As photography is my passion rather than my career, most people think my charges are very reasonable and I am flexible and open to explore with you what works for your budget.
How would we work together on a wedding?The first step is to get to know each other either in person or via a call and make sure we feel comfortable with each other. The next step is for me to then listen carefully to what your plans are and to understand the style of imagery you are looking for so I can plan how to fit into your day as quietly as possible. I will also suggest you put together a “mood board” on a platform such as Pinterest so I can understand your vision. When you are ready I will share a shoot plan that lists all the classic shots that most people want for their wedding which you can then customise to meet your exact needs. If logistics and diaries allow, I always offer a complimentary engagement shoot so we can get to know each other better and build rapport which is so important on the day.
How would we work together on a portrait session?What I have found works really well is for you to develop a “mood board” of the sort of images you are looking for - Pinterest is really good for this and I usually create one as well and we can then compare and agree on the style. We then move onto a bit of planning such as whether we shoot in the studio or outdoors, what would be the best location and time of day (especially important if young children are involved) as well as discussing clothing and the ideal palette of colours so that everyone can coordinate their wardrobe.
